A must-read message for those dealing with chronic pain

Are you an athlete or active individual that feels like their pain doesn't make sense?

Your pain came on without a clear injury?

Imaging didn't give you any answers?

Rest helped temporarily, but the pain returned?

You tried physical therapy, injections, and every other possible treatment and you're still in pain?

You feel limited, cautious, and unsure of what your body is capable of?

You feel like you should just quit doing the activities you enjoy because you're always in pain?

If so, you're not alone. There are SO MANY athletes and high performing individuals that deal with chronic or difficult pain and don't know a way out.

BUT there IS a way out. There IS a way to finally conquer your pain.

I promise, you are NOT broken, you just need a better framework!

Pain Is Not Always a Sign of Damage. It Is Often a Sign You Need a Better Plan.

Pain is complex and it is influenced by more than tissue alone. It's often shaped by the interaction between physical stress, lifestyle habits, overall stress load, recovery capacity, movement tolerance, and confidence.

That is why the goal is not just to “treat the pain.” The goal is to improve your ability to tolerate life, movement, and training again!

My name is Austin Mietz, and I am a physical therapist and performance coach that has helped 100+ high performers conquer pain and become the strongest, most athletic and fittest versions of themselves.

And there is no secret. Through my years of clinical experience I have developed a set of principles that help individuals conquer their pain and build lifelong resilience.

The Resilience Framework

  1. Simplify your health and improve recovery

  2. Understand what is driving your pain experience

  3. Find your true starting point

  4. Progress movement and loading gradually

  5. Build confidence, strength, and long-term resilience

Most people with chronic or "difficult" pain issues are just missing a clear plan that helps them understand their pain, build confidence, and progressively return to the activities that matter most.

And I'm here to help you achieve that!
